Law enforcement is searching for a 6-year-old girl after her mom failed to return her home.  Maria Bobella Carpena was last seen with her mother, 34-year-old Claudia Janet Becerra Carpena.  The mother is described as 5 feet 4 inches and 220 pounds with bleached blonde hair and brown eyes.  Police believe Claudia Carpena is driving a white, mid to late 1980s Chevrolet S-10 Blazer.  The child’s father says the mother may have escaped to Mexico.
