CANCELLED: Kaci Lynch - Coon Rapids, MN
Domestic assault situation at Drake Street address. Husband brought all children present into the residence, suspect who is estranged wife then entered the residence grabbed the 2 year old and left after making previous threats to kill the children for which the husband had obtained a restraining order. Suspect generally keeps a knife in the drivers side door panel of the vehicle and has no permanent address. Current whereabouts or destination are currently unknown.
