The child was abducted by the suspect. They may be heading towards Mexico in the listed vehicle. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.

THE SUSPECT HAS A HISTORY OF VIOLENCE AND MENTAL ILLNESS. THE SUSPECT IS BELIEVED TO BE EN ROUTE TO VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON, VIA THE I-5 OR SR-99 CORRIDOR.

The child and adult female Rachell Latoshia, 22 were abducted by the suspect. They may be traveling in the listed vehicle. Rachell Latoshia was wearing an orange shirt, blue jeans and blue shoes. (…)

The Michigan State Police have issued an Amber Alert for two Saginaw-area children who were allegedly abducted by their non-custodial father Monday morning.

Justice was last seen at her school in Chicopee, Massachusetts on July 30, 2008. Possibly traveled to the Smithfield or Goldsboro area in NC. Justice may be in need of medical attention. (…)
