Salt Lake City AMBER Alert - Girl Found, Deceased

An AMBER Alert was issued in the state of Utah at 9:30 am yesterday for Hser Nar Moo, a 7-year-old Burmese girl. She went missing at around 2:00pm Monday after leaving her house due to an argument. About four hours after her disappearance her parents called the police. Hser Nar Moo’s body was found, about 24 hours after the statewide AMBER Alert was issued.

  1. In circumstances like this we need to suspend the need for a search warrant and allow automatic access where as probable cause or a dog can provide a reasonable expectation to secure or locate a missing child in a life or death situation. Especially where time is crucial.

    My heart goes out to the child and the family.

    Contact your law makers to modify the search and seizure laws where the life of a child is in the balance.

  3. This is an awful tragedy and my heart pour’s out to this family. No search warrent should be needed for cases like this. God Bless this family and the hard working cops that had to find her.
